Cristina Anglada (Madrid, 1984) is a freelance curator and contemporary art critic. She graduated with an undergraduate degree in Art History from the Complutense University of Madrid (2002-2007) and received a Master’s degree in Contemporary Art History and Visual Culture from UCM and the Reina Sofía Museum (2010-2011). She is one of the founding partners and directors of the online contemporary art magazine Nosotros. She also contributes to the El Burro fanzine and has written for magazines like Descubrir el Arte. She has coordinated exhibition projects such as Casa Leibniz (February 2015) as well as publishing projects like the Arco Madrid catalogue (2013, 2014 and 2015). She is currently head of programme development at Frágil.

She has recently undertaken several exhibition projects in various formats: What We Know and What We Sense (But is Yet Unknown) at Conde Duque for the 2015 VillaManuela Festival; Nicely Offensive (a3bandas, PONCE + ROBLES Gallery, Madrid, 2015); Tangentes (VillaManuela Festival, IED, Madrid 2014); One Out of One Thousand (Art Center South Florida, Miami, FL. USA., 2014); Presente Continuo (alongside Abraham Rivera at Conde Duque, Madrid for the 2013 VillaManuela Festival); Nano 4814 + Spok for BetArt Calvià (Mallorca, 2013); FERÉSTEC (José Robles Gallery, Madrid, 2013); ¡SI!, a collective exhibition that she curated alongside Tolo Cañellas (for the Only Opening series at La New Gallery, which coincided with ARCOMadrid (February 2013)); Hey Moon: Doce fanzine, curated in collaboration with Mooooon Publishing (Madrid, 2012); Narraçoes Fragmentadas alongside Tania Pardo for Jugada a Tres Bandas (Liebre Gallery, 2012); Sobre Papel (Librería Alberti bookshop, 2012); and Un Diálogo Discontinuo (Virtual Gallery) alongside José Ramón Sandar.
